Energy Monitoring

Installing monitoring equipment in homes and businesses allows us to recommend energy saving measures and design solar and battery storage systems according to specific usage.

Energy Monitoring can be installed on Single and 3 Phase installations and can allow monitoring of specific circuits to enable energy saving decisions and investments to be made in an informed manner.

The equipment that we install provides readings that enable understanding of the way in which energy is used and we will give detailed feedback and recommendations in our report to you. The equipment then remains installed in your property and you will have online access to all the data going forward, putting you firmly in control of your energy use.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) tell you how energy efficient a building is and give it a rating from A (very efficient) to G (inefficient). They’ll tell you how costly it will be to heat and light your property, and what its carbon dioxide emissions are likely to be.

An EPC also includes information on what the energy efficiency rating could be if you made the recommended improvements and highlights cost effective ways to achieve a better rating. Even if you rent your home, you could still implement some improvements noted on the EPC, such as switching to more energy efficient light bulbs.

EPCs are valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
