We offer robust customer protection and workmanship guarantees through our affiliations to RECC and NAPIT and we hope that you are happy with everything that we do. However, should you experience a problem and need to make a complaint please do so in writing to [email protected] for the attention of the Directors.

In the unlikely event of a dispute arising around the installation of a small-scale renewable energy system that cannot be resolved through our own complaint handling procedure, disputes can be escalated to RECC for mediation: www.recc.org.uk/consumers/how-to-complain

In the unlikely event of a dispute arising from an electrical installation that cannot be resolved through our own complaint handling procedure, disputes can be escalated to NAPIT for mediation: https://www.napit.org.uk/home-owner/complaints-about-scheme-members.aspx

Leaping Hare Renewables Ltd also has access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service for our domestic installation, service, repair and maintenance contracts as part of the Which? Trusted Traders Endorsement. If you choose to, you can refer your complaint to Which? Trusted Traders’ Alternative Dispute Resolution. You will need to contact Which? Trusted Traders on 02922 670 040 who can explain if you are eligible to use their Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Leaping Hare Renewables Ltd, is listed on the UK Governments Registered Competent Person Scheme through NAPIT (Registration number 12824455) as Electrical Contractors and MCS Installers of Solar & Battery Storage Systems. Domestic work undertaken on  fixed installations by Leaping Hare Renewables is guaranteed for six years, with the cost of rectification of up to £25,000. Installed products fall under manufacturers warranty.

Public Liability: Rhino Trade Insurance up to £2 million
